Since 2022, Scot has been proud to be the Managing Director at Broken Wing Productions, a mentorship-based theatre company based in Minneapolis whose mission is to assist artists of varied backgrounds and proficiency levels by removing barriers so they can build the knowledge and experience needed to successfully navigate all aspects of making theater in the Minneapolis/St. Paul community.
